Do we have to give robots the personality of people we actually can't stand in the real world? Shouldn't we start out with personalities like ghandi. Thats all we need a bunch of Robot extreme junkies running around trying to outdo each other with chaos and fart jokes...

A robot that can actually interact without sounding like a computer. From what I understand this is not a voice from someone behind the scenes, it is the robot deciding what to say...If not it sucks. If the robot is coming up with the proper responses, this is decent.

Interesting spin, This robot was made by a smaller company. The robotics industry could still see the garage inventor with a killer app make it big. I hope the killer app is just not a "killer" app.

I have seen this before and it is sorely lacking, we seem to be decades behind the japanese in advanced robotics. It is the next industry to reshape the earth. It will have more impact on global conditions than oil and the combustion engine. The question at this point is who will control it.

Apparently all you need for a robot is a monkey on a treadmill.
